Okay, tonight was awesome! I was able to have cottage cheese and a little banana, and then I made a ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, and 4 cheese blend melted combo. I was able to eat all the food without any problem :-) granted, much smaller portions lol
I end the night with this lovely picture of the newest member of our family. Our friends Jon and James bought this for us, and also our friends Jeff and Brian brought flowers over.
"Her" name is Tess Tosterone and she is FIERCE! RuPaul would be proud! Condragulations Tess, you are the winner of tonight's challenge :-D!
